UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah concludes official Sri Lanka visit. UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed visited Sri Lanka on 22 April 2025, following President Disanayaka’s February visit to the UAE. He met President Disanayaka and held bilateral talks with Minister Vijitha Herath.
Danish Ambassador presents credentials to Sri Lankan President. The Government of Denmark appointed H.E. Rasmus Kristensen as Ambassador to Sri Lanka, based in New Delhi. Vijitha Herath concludes productive talks with New Zealand’s Deputy PM. Honoring New Zealand’s Deputy PM Winston Peters’ historic visit, marking highest-level engagement since 2021, strengthening ties with new diplomatic missions in Colombo and Wellington—a significant milestone in our growing bilateral partnership.
